Workshop Lime is an online workshop that includes 4 easy-to-attend weekly sessions from the comfort of your own offices.
Our two-day off-site training sessions have been heralded as a perfect way to learn about RMA and other ARS products. We have taken this training online and created a 4-day workshop covering this same information so more people can get the same benefit.

Why We Did It

The objective is to bring the workshop experience to customers who are unable to travel or wish to spare the expenses of an off-site workshop. We want everyone to have access to quality training and become better, more effective users of Route Manager. Your increased knowledge will decrease frustrations, and reduce challenges with the system.

Course Agenda

Courses will be from 8am – 12pm Pacific Time, with the last 30 minutes being open for Q & A.

Course 1 – Friday October 8th

During this section we will go over the basics of Route Manager including and how to adjust the settings to make your time more efficient. We will also help guide you on how to manage accounts receivable more efficiently in Route Manager.

Course 2 – Friday, October 15th

In this section, we will discuss different options for processing credit cards, how to deal with master accounts, and how to clean the open invoices/unapplied payments in route manager. Other topics also include CMC, Accounting Reports, and Optimizing the RMA data.

Course 3 – Friday, October 22nd

In this section, we will discuss the basics of route setup, available options inside Route Manager, preparing for routes, and daily route operations including Load Orders. We will also take a look at the MDM and Mango Mapping tools for optimizing your routes.

Course 4 – Friday, October 29th

During this section, we will go over the various features which are available on the Android devices for Route Manager system. We will also look into equipment servicing and common routing reports.

How it Works

Customers will be able to access Workshop Lime from any location that has a PC/laptop and an internet connection. They will experience all of the content and training provided in the regular two-day workshop via four individual Microsoft Teams sessions. They will be able to interact with the trainer live, ask their questions, and even communicate with other customers who are in the same session.

Why should I sign up?

Reap the benefit of attending a workshop from the comfort of their own home or office. The two-day workshop experience in the past has been a jam packed, covering 16 hours of content at a rapid pace. With Workshop Lime, customers will have the opportunity to learn a handful of items and apply the take-aways to their company over a week’s time before the next session.

Avoid the challenges (physically and financially) of traveling while still reaping the workshop experience and knowledge. Flight, hotel cost, rental car, food, etc. are all avoided.

What's Included?

Course materials will be sent – along with the schedule – approximately 5 days before the class begins. A workbook will be created and distributed to all participating companies as a PDF document. After completion of the workshop a Course Certificate of Completion will be emailed to you as well.
