How It Works

  • Once the lists are established, technicians use them during the sale’s conclusion. When confirming a sale on their handhelds, technicians are guided through the data collection process, similar to using a traditional paper form. Most data is readily available through dropdown lists or by duplicating a previously filled form.
  • Automatic Data Transfer:
  • After data collection on the handheld, it seamlessly transfers to the desktop, becoming instantly available to all office users. Completed forms are saved in PDF format for easy retrieval, and they can even be automatically transmitted to state agencies as necessary.
  • Capture and Store Critical Signoffs:
